Deviation Skis and Snowboards are guaranteed free of defects in material and workmanship for up to three years from the date of purchase.

We will do our best to resolve any and all issues in a timely manner and get you back out there on Deviation Skis or Boards as quickly as possible. Please note that for our custom products, the processing of returns will take up to 3 weeks after receipt.

All products returned to Deviation for warranty inspection must have prior return authorization and confirmation number which can be given over the phone or by email. Call us at (503) 208-6790 or send an email to service@deviationusa.com

Our Customer Service Rep will work directly with you. If the issue warrants a return, you will have to provide your return confirmation number and shipment details.

Our warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. As such, warranty issues will be taken on a case by case basis.

Any repairs or replacements of products are made solely at the discretion of Deviation after the product is judged to be eligible by Deviation only.
